    The Pacific Coffee Roasting Company is one of my favorite spots! Great coffee. Delicious pastries. Friendly employees. I recommend you get a Double con Panna made upside down. It's a delicious espresso dessert drink. It's simply two shots of espresso pulled over half a cup of whipped cream. Delicious! Nice atmosphere with very nice outdoor seating on the patio. I think you'll love the Pacific Coffee Roasting Company in Aptos, CA.
